Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental events, meetings, and company activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders as required.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
