Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a focus on timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using digital calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
