Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls using digital calendars.
- Handle incoming communications, including email inquiries and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and organize detailed reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the executive team.
- Perform general office duties such as mail sorting, printing, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule including occasional evening or weekend shifts if necessary.
