- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Support HR functions by onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files
- Assist in event coordination and meeting preparation for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
