Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Compose, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and client inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

- Perform general office duties such as data entry, supply management, and mail processing.
Qualifications
