Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling conference calls with precision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and assist with expense reporting.
- Order and maintain office supplies, coordinate vendor services, and assist with event planning when needed.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
