Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings both internally and with external clients.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform data entry tasks, update databases, and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Support the team with basic office supply management and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
