Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while managing internal calendars to prevent conflicts.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring a professional tone at all times.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and handle basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and client visits, including venue setup and logistics.
- General Support: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or office management.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, typically 20-30 hours per week.
