Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and accounting systems
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical records
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Compose and distribute professional correspondence
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Support cross-departmental projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative/data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 50+ WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
