- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining and updating digital and physical records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for management staff using digital calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal review.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to ensure office operations are never interrupted.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of our company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
