Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, verify, and maintain complex data across multiple platforms with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with data security protocols
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation weekly
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for executive team
- Generate reports using Excel and present data insights to department heads
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office equipment inventory management
- Support special projects requiring advanced data analysis and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
