Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy into CRM and financial systems
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and prioritize urgent requests
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Order and maintain office inventory with cost-conscious practices
- Support cross-departmental projects with timely administrative assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or data entry roles
- Proven proficiency in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
