Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and documents
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
