- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation
- Handle incoming communications (phone/email) and prioritize inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Support special projects and event coordination as needed
- Assist with new employee onboarding procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
