Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange complex travel itineraries
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email) with professionalism and discretion
- Organize office operations, including supply inventory, filing systems, and vendor coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support event coordination for client meetings and corporate functions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
