Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professional discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders
- Coordinate office logistics including inventory management and supply ordering
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal teams
- Act as primary point of contact for external stakeholders and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
