Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with event planning and logistical coordination for office activities
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and record maintenance
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- 2+ years of administrative support experience
