Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential correspondence, document preparation, and data entry with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports using Concur systems
- Organize digital filing systems and maintain accurate document databases
- Support meeting logistics including virtual conference setup and minute-taking
- Assist with onboarding processes and HR documentation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in corporate or agency settings
