- Manage professional front desk operations including visitor greeting, call routing, and mail handling
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintain digital records
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with basic office inventory management and supply ordering
- Support HR department with new hire onboarding paperwork processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
