Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance and supplies.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
- Coordinate office events and team building activities.
- Handle payroll processing and expense reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
