Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, organized work environment for all employees.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage office supply inventory.
- Prepare and track budgets, expense reports, and monthly financial statements with accuracy.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general accounting software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
