Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage and supervise front desk reception and administrative staff.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage calendar schedules for executive leadership.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and handle employee relations inquiries.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in an office management or administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
