Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications
- Supervise administrative staff and implement performance improvement strategies
- Develop and optimize office procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Act as primary liaison for vendors, contractors, and building management
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting processes
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and ensure smooth integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising administrative teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
