Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including mail handling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive calendars using Outlook/Google Suite
- Manage vendor relationships for office services and negotiate contracts
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Plan company events and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
