Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and rectify errors in data by comparing data to source documents.
- Review and audit completed data entry tasks to ensure all fields are correctly filled and formatted.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required by management.
- Sort, file, and retrieve physical or electronic documents promptly.
- Assist in organizing and digitizing legacy records for better accessibility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 45-50 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
