Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license may be required for occasional errands
