Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring a professional and welcoming image for the organization.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle cashier duties, process invoices, and manage petty cash with strict accuracy.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment to ensure the workspace remains efficient and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
