Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (11 PM - 7 AM), including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications
- Coordinate security protocols for after-hours access, including badge management and visitor screening
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks: call screening, email management, and document processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate facility maintenance requests
- Support cross-functional departments with scheduling, data entry, and report preparation
- Oversee office security systems and emergency protocols during overnight shifts
- Prepare daily activity logs and handover reports for day shift staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or office support experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional multitasking skills with ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
