Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and inventory systems with zero-error tolerance
- Manage weekend reception duties including client greetings, call routing, and appointment scheduling
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, memos, and correspondence
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support cross-departmental projects requiring weekend coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot data discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
