Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and virtual conference management
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security protocols
- Assist with weekend event preparation and office reception duties
- Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate departmental records
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
