- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems both digital and physical
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding new hires and training staff on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration
- 3+ years of proven administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
