Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception and phone handling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setup
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and file maintenance
- Handle light accounting tasks including invoice processing and expense reports
- Collaborate with weekday staff for continuity of operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
