Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, call screening, and mail distribution
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and prepare conference rooms with necessary equipment
- Maintain accurate office supply inventory and place procurement orders as needed
- Process and file confidential documents with strict attention to data security protocols
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Support team coordination through internal communications and calendar management
- Perform basic office equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues appropriately
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or office support roles
