Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility.
- Reception duties: Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and handle visitor sign-in procedures.
- Assist in procurement processes, including ordering office supplies and tracking inventory.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
