Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, sort and distribute packages, and manage office supplies inventory to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and assist in coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, files, and databases with strict attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, preparing agendas, minutes, and internal communications as needed.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional business training or certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
