Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference rooms.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and expense reimbursement processing.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
