Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing a welcoming first impression of the company.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and employee activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
