Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
