Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain meeting agendas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration, data entry, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
