Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for senior executives
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating equipment maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
