Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail distribution, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential data entry and maintain accurate digital/physical filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff communications
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
- Support departmental projects with research, documentation, and logistical coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional time-management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
