Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate training programs
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
