- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Prepare internal reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office inventory and assist with procurement of office supplies.
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
