Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is well-equipped.
- Support administrative staff with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
