- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Manage digital filing systems and document retention protocols
- Coordinate with department heads for data reconciliation needs
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with database management and cloud platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
