- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous organization
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate office events
- Procure office supplies and manage inventory control systems
- Assist with data entry and report generation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison for vendors and external service providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
