As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior management and facilitating daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and book conference rooms and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain the office filing system and perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems.
- Greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor office inventory and restock supplies (paper, toner, snacks) to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentation materials as requested by management.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multitasking environment.
