Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Perform general data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and company databases.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Handle mail, packages, and courier services as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a general administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
