Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, mail, and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings and appointments using digital calendars.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Support the administrative team with various ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus.
