Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department in a professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and manage internal memos with attention to detail.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, update records, and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, restock supplies, and oversee basic office equipment maintenance.
- Project Assistance: Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc projects and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
